How to bind device with phone APP?
please make sure your sim card supports our device first,
then install sim card and GPS antenna, following the video to do.
Some customers reported that the APP monitoring function can only be used when connected to WiFi. but can't works via sim card network. There are several possibilities for this situation.
※1. Is your sim card compatible with the 4G frequency band 2100Mhz or 1800Mhz?
※2. Similar to the picture below ①, in this case, the SIM card signal is displayed, but there is no word “4G”, which means there is no cellular data package. Please purchase a cellular data package. Picture ② shows the normal sim card status.
※3. Everything meets the requirements, but you still cannot use the remote monitoring function?
In this case, you have not completed binding the app. After you use the app to scan the QR code on the camera screen, you need to short press the camera's power button to confirm the authorization binding. When you hear voice "agreed", the binding is complete.
※4. Some countries' sim cards need to set up an APN. There is an APN option in the app's DVR settings.
